我們與咖啡相遇於2017年,受到許多前輩的照顧與經驗傳授,馬上就陷入咖啡世界裡。我們開始不斷地學習和探索,深深被咖啡那豐富多樣的風味所吸引。我們在這個過程中逐漸理解,每一杯咖啡背後都有一個動人的故事和一段精彩的旅程。
我們一步一步探索咖啡風味,透過烘豆的過程,讓我們更貼近每一款豆子的本質。我們學會了如何精確地掌握烘焙時間和溫度,以釋放出每顆咖啡豆獨特的風味特徵。這種對細節的專注和不懈的追求,使我們能夠不斷提升咖啡的品質,並創造出令人驚艷的味覺體驗。
我們用心追求品質優良的咖啡生豆,從處理法、豆商資訊進而開始朔源、尋找小農,這成為我們不斷努力的目標。我們相信,只有從源頭開始,才能真正控制咖啡的品質。因此,我們花費大量時間和精力,尋找那些熱愛咖啡、專注於品質的小農。我們與他們建立起緊密的合作關係,確保每一顆咖啡豆都來自最理想的生長環境,並經過最嚴格的品質控制。

We encountered coffee in 2017 and were immediately captivated by its world, thanks to the guidance and knowledge shared by many experienced mentors. Our journey into the depths of coffee began, and we quickly found ourselves immersed in its rich and diverse flavors. Each step we took was a discovery, revealing the intricate nuances and unique characteristics of different coffee beans.
We explored coffee flavors step by step, and through the roasting process, we drew closer to the essence of each bean. We learned how to precisely control roasting time and temperature to unlock the unique flavor profiles of each coffee bean. This meticulous attention to detail and our relentless pursuit of perfection enabled us to continually improve the quality of our coffee, creating extraordinary taste experiences.
Our dedicated pursuit of high-quality coffee beans involved studying processing methods and gathering information about coffee merchants. This led us to trace the origins and seek out small-scale farmers, which has become our ongoing goal. We believe that to truly control the quality of coffee, we must start at the source. Therefore, we spend significant time and effort finding farmers who are passionate about coffee and committed to quality. We establish close partnerships with them to ensure that every coffee bean comes from the best possible growing environment and undergoes the strictest quality control.
These efforts allow us to offer our customers the purest and most delicious coffee. At the same time, we aim to support small farmers by improving their production conditions and enhancing their quality of life. In this way, not only does our coffee benefit, but the entire coffee supply chain becomes more sustainable and healthy.

In the future, we will continue to explore and discover local coffee beans, launching more coffee-related projects and cross-industry collaborations! We believe that by continuously seeking out and discovering new varieties of coffee beans, we can consistently enhance the flavors and quality of our coffee. We plan to delve deeper into more coffee-growing regions, establishing closer partnerships with local small-scale farmers, understanding their needs and challenges, and working together to find solutions.
We will also strengthen cross-industry collaborations, integrating coffee culture into more diverse fields. For example, collaborating with artists to create special events that combine coffee and art; partnering with health food brands to develop healthier and more innovative coffee products; and even working with educational institutions to promote coffee knowledge, allowing more people to understand and love coffee.
Furthermore, we plan to host a series of coffee workshops and tasting events, enabling more coffee enthusiasts to personally experience our products and learn the stories behind the coffee. Through these activities, we hope to build a community of coffee lovers where everyone can share and exchange their passion and insights about coffee.
Ultimately, our goal is to create a sustainable coffee ecosystem, where every link from cultivation to consumption supports and enhances each other. We believe that only in this way can we provide the highest quality coffee in the long term while having a positive impact on the environment and society.
